Should We All Prepare for ScarJo Dominance?

Scarlett Johansson had a great year last year with two very different performances.  She was a sassy bombshell in Joseph Gordon-Levitt's directorial debut, Don Jon, and she was warm operating system with a thirst for knowledge in Spike Jonze's Her.  Johansson has two movies coming out this year, and the two different projects look like great starring roles for the actress.

In Jonathan Glazer's Under the Skin, Johansson plays an alien who inhabits the body of a young woman in order to lure men into sex.  After they've taken the bait, she kills them and harvests their organs.  Talk about Fatal Attraction, no?  Skin gets a limited release this Friday, and it has already received a very positive reception in the United Kingdom.  The film looks very dark and moody, featuring a performance from Johansson that seems very quiet and still.

The other film on Johansson's roster is Luc Besson's Lucy.  She plays the title character, a woman who has a bag of drugs surgically placed in her stomach against her will.  Lucy soon discovers that her brain capacity is beginning to grow, and she soon becomes an unstoppable force.  Morgan Freeman co-stars.  The trailer dropped yesterday.

I have watched the trailer for Lucy about twenty times, and I can't pull my eyes away.  A movie centered on a woman, and the entire thing is about her brain activity?  Plus, she's lock ass and taking names.  Can't wait.

Which do you want to see?
