Dullness in the grass
Well, well listeners here we are with a new Fifty Shades of Suck podcast! I have been on vacation, so I haven't been as attentive as I should have been. Megan from Megoblog and I tackle Chapter 14 in this singular podcast, and you can listen to it right here!!! As you can tell from the above picture, Megan and I read this chapter in an outdoor, exotic locale. Ok, it was in the grass next to a Starbucks.
In this chapter (which should be titled Indecisions, indecisions), Ana Steele wakes up from her first ever sex dream, and she is utterly confused by it. She never thought that one could dream about sex. Really, girl? You for real? Megan and I assume that Ana would commemorate this milestone with some sort of ornament.

The main focus is Ana's college graduation. We finally get to meet a character that isn't going to be involved in suspending Ana from the ceiling in Ray, Ana's stepfather. I immediately think he should be played by Wallace Shawn, America's most lovable, lisping character actor. To be perfectly honest, I can never remember who Ray is, because, you know, the only man Anastasia can talk about is Christian.
Apparently, Ana's mother cannot attend the graduation--a topic that isn't discussed. I feel like that should be more of an issue than Ana remembering that Christian Grey will be present while she receives her diploma. Stupid. Bitch.
One of the things Megan and I continually find so funny is when Ana "fires up" her computer, and I imagine that the above video is how she turns on her new laptop.
If you are just discovering Fifty Shades of Suck, my galpal Megan and I are reading EL James's inexplicable hit Fifty Shades of Grey out loud and providing our own snarky commentary. If you need to catch up, have a listen to each of the podcasts below.
