Fuck. A legit reason to watch Fifty Shades of Grey.
It was recently announced that Jennifer Ehle will play Anastasia's mother in the upcoming film adaptation of the erotic novel. Her daughter will be played by Dakota Johnson, and Charlie Hunnam will be sex-ing it up as Christian Grey.
I emailed Sasha Stone over at AwardsDaily, because I know she loves Ehle. She told me she wishes she was the lead in the film, and I totally agree with her. Ehle is too good for this movie, but good for her for getting into a surefire box office smash. It sucks that she has to lower herself to this crap.
Ehle was most recently seen in Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty and Steven Soderbergh's Contagion.
